Mr. Thomas Wright graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Manitoba in 2008. Following his degree, he worked in the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning industry. He completed a Master of Science in Earth and Space Science and Engineering at York University in 2014. During his degree, he worked on attitude and orbit determination for CubeSats, a data acquisition system for light aircraft certification, a Helmholtz cage for satellite ground testing, and the Attitude Determination and Control System for the SIGMA satellite. Since joining the Engineering Development program at the Canadian Space Agency three months ago, he has worked on anechoic chamber maintenance, simulations for Synthetic Aperture Radar for Mars, and system testing for satellite operations.
